  11. I need to write a program that to send messages to someone
  12. using Voice but I have not seen any libs to do it unless the
  13. modems themselves give you this capability.. 
  14. I need it write away. 
  15. I called USR for information to see if their modem could
  16. do it but I called 15 minutes to late because their techs
  17. went home for the weekend.
  18. Can anybody help me......
